Job Description 岗位描述:
1. Accept the individual KPI and
meet the targets;
2. Make out sales strategy for the customers and
the market;
3. Ability to work independently;
4. Develop Auto OEMs and OES business by
penetrating tesa brand and values;
5. Maintain existing customer relationships and
build up new customer relationships;
6. Cooperate with marketing team to develop new
products, new applications;
7. Lead other functions to resolve pricing
issue, order issue, forecast, quality issue, logistics.
8. Maintain CAS system and finish all kinds of
reports timely;
9. Be good at solving the conflicts across
functions. Follow the company’s procedures during daily work.
10. Take the responsibility and pressure;
11. Finish the tasks assigned by supervisor or
management.
Job Requirements 岗位要求:
1. Be a hunter instead of a farmer, capable and
able to find opportunities;
2. Four years university education, majored in
Chemical /Materials science or related;
3. 2 Years sales support experience in pricing &
marketing functions;
4. 2 Years new business development experience;
5. Capable to assume responsibilities and to
work by objectives;
6. Excellent personal selling skills and relationship
building skills;
7. Successful sales management experience in
direct account (important) and retail channel;
8. Business minded focus, understanding the
implications of business decisions;
9. Good written and oral communication skills;
10. Very good PC skills with an emphasis on
Excel;
11. Be able to travel occasionally inside China
and abroad;
